Proprio dalle foglie si ottiene un olio essenziale (tea tree oil) dalle proprietà antibatteriche, antimicotiche, e antisettiche.
Come si usa: (Uso esterno)
L’olio essenziale può essere usato puro oppure diluito in un liquido, in una crema o in una pomata per le applicazioni in zone delicate come le mucose.
