Infuso, decotto o tisana?

Quanti di voi si sono chiesti “quale sarà la differenza tra infuso, decotto e tisana? E  come scegliere qual è il più adatto?”.

TISANA, è una soluzione acquosa di erbe medicamentose opportunamente sminuzzate (taglio tisana), può essere un infuso o un decotto.
