Pigna è un piccolo paese dell'entroterra ligure, situato in Val Nervia, ad una ventina di chilometri da Ventimiglia, sulla strada che conduce dal centro frontaliero a Triora. Il nome rispecchia fedelmente la natura di questo piccolo borgo pedemontano caratterizzato da strette vie concentriche, archi e case addossate le une alle altre.
